Payment Options

We accept payment via direct bank transfer (EFT). Once we’ve confirmed your Shopping List selections and stock availability, we’ll send you our bank details.

Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly.

Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed — there is no online checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

During busy periods (Christmas, markets), processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Postage & Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Express post options are available on request for faster delivery.

Packaging

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure your soaps arrive in perfect condition.

We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Coffs Harbour area, local pickup can be arranged — just let us know when you place your order.

We’ll confirm a convenient time and location for collection.

Returns & Issues

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
